I love the moments between poses. On and off the mat, our lives are spent in transition to moments of uncertainty, and we often move from one moment to the next in autopilot and fail to experience the now. As you experience the journey, you tune into each moment, each feeling, and each breath, instead of holding your focus on the end goal, next item on your to do list, or the next pose. Embrace the in between, move with mindfulness, compassion, patience and acceptance and allow yourself to be fully present in each moment.
