Season starts Tues 28 November - 7pm

Salti Strength + Balance is back. A short 30 minute, dynamic yoga and pilates inspired workout on the Salti Float.

 

Featuring functional movement and core strengthening activities that will make a splash. This program is designed for you to become completely lost in 30 minutes that will test your mind, your breath and your body, while keeping you fully present, focused and ready to face the challenges ahead.

ABOUT

YOU CAN EXPECT...

  • 4 x 30 minute workshops (one per week) exploring your own strength and balance with physical movement to strengthen and tone muscles that don't often get attention

  • Your body will feel stronger

  • Your mind will feel stronger and calmer

  • You'll meet like-minded individuals

A fusion of yoga and pilates, this program gets you outside of your comfort zone.

You will...

  • channel your willpower and determination

  • experience focused concentration that can be hard to tap into

  • be thrown straight in the deep-end (literally and figuratively!) finding your balance and strength, immediately. 

It won't be easy and it's not for the faint hearted! But it will be fun!

 

In your first session we'll dive straight in to the water, so arriving 5 minutes before the class starts is important.  

YOUR CHEEKS WILL HURT

Am I talking about your glutes or your face? I guess now that I think of it, probably both.

But no, what I'm referring to is your face. Expect to have fun, laugh, play and let your hair down.

Our sessions will be light hearted, and you'll leave feeling good, filled with endorphins.

  • You're over 18 or accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • You LOVE HAVING FUN.

For safety reasons, this program is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or recently had a baby. You must receive clearance from your doctor to participate if you have recently given birth.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Clothing or swimwear for on water

  • a towel

  • a warm change of clothes 

WHAT TO WEAR

Wear anything that makes you feel comfortable. This can be colourfast activewear or modest/sports swimwear.
