Combining two loves, yoga and beer! Join me at Capital Brewery to get bendy with traditional yoga poses while knocking back a brew. We'll end the session with a thirst for more beer and a tour of the new brewery. Suited for all levels, including those who have never experienced yoga before.

About the event
Combining two loves, yoga and beer! Join me at the Capital Brewery to get bendy with traditional yoga poses while knocking back a brew. We'll end the session with a thirst for more beer and a tour of the new brewery.
Suited for all levels, including those who have never experienced yoga before. All you need is an open mind, a yoga mat and a love for beer. You'll get a tinnie, tour and tasting paddle.
10:45 arrival

12:30pm kick on for more beers and Brod Burgers (cashless bar)
