I'm not sure if it's because I'm a typical Piscean or not, but anything water based makes me feel alive! When I set out to become a yoga instructor, I completed a SUP yoga teacher training program too so that I could bring water based yoga activities to Canberra. This was what has been a huge driving factor in my yoga teaching!
I now host a variety of classes, programs and workshops that are water based, using the Salti Float. All classes are yoga inspired, however they are not your typical yoga class!
Classes are currently held at Canberra Olympic Pool, Civic.
