Start the day with a gentle, beginner friendly yoga flow, followed by a delicious breakfast and workshop with Louise from the incredible Clay By Fox (let's be honest, the highlight of the morning!) to learn how to make your own earrings. 

You get to learn from the very best. And take home up to 7 of your own hand-made earrings 🤩

Louise is trailblazing the polyclay jewellery and homewares arena in Canberra and NSW, where you'll often find her pieces at markets, or stocked in Canberra, Sydney, Kiama and various other boutiques in NSW.  

Lou's pieces are distinct, highly sought after, timeless and tasteful. She's spent years researching and perfecting her craft through different techniques.  YOU get to learn from her!

What to bring:

• A yoga mat

Please select from one of the following options:

1. Avocado on Seeded Sourdough Toast (gf /df available) - Served with breakfast radish, fresh peas, cucumber, mint, feta and lime
2. Mediterranean Bowl (v) (gf/df available) - Grilled halloumi, cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant, hummus, labneh,  chickpeas and a free-range poached egg with fresh herbs
3. Paleo Granola (gf) - Served with Greek yoghurt and fresh berries
4. Egg and Bacon Roll - Pialligo Estate bacon, free-range fried egg, slow-roasted onion marmalade, smokey tomato chutney in a milk bun
5. Belgian Waffle  - Golden waffle served warm topped with berries, whipped cream, raspberry sauce and honey
